3. Services we provide

Small-format and large-format digital printing

4. Order Process

4.1 Quote request

Every order begins with a quote request via the website form, chat, email, or phone. A non-binding quote is returned within 24 business hours.

4.2 Order confirmation

An order is considered confirmed only when:

You have accepted the quote in writing (email).
You have approved the digital proof of the final design.
The deposit (50% for orders over EUR 500) has been paid against the proforma invoice.

4.3 Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

MOQ varies by product and decoration method (typically 50-250 units). Specified in each individual quote.

4.4 Production lead times

Digital printing: 2-4 business days
Embroidery: 5-10 business days
3D signage / installation: 7-21 business days
LED displays (size-dependent): 14-45 business days

Lead times begin once the proof is approved and deposit received.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in Euro (EUR), excluding VAT unless stated.
Payment: 50% upfront for orders over EUR 500; balance before delivery.
Accepted methods: bank transfer, credit card, cash.
Invoices are issued under Kosovo fiscal law.

6. Returns and Cancellations

Custom-branded products CANNOT be returned once production has begun because they are made specifically for you (this is an exception to the standard right of withdrawal).

You can request a refund only if:

The product has a manufacturing defect (not specified in your design).
The delivered quantity is smaller than confirmed.
Quality does not match the approved proof.

Claims must be filed within 7 days of receipt with photo/video evidence.

7. Customer Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of any logo or design you send us. You warrant that you have the right to use them and grant us a non- exclusive licence to manufacture and package the products. JusaPrint may use samples of produced work in our portfolio (without exposing confidential commercial information) unless you ask in writing not to.

8. Disclaimer

The site is provided "as is" . we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
AI-generated mockups are illustrative only and do not guarantee that the final product will be identical (color contrast and materials may vary).
Our maximum liability for any order is limited to the value of that specific order.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our control: natural disasters, supplier disruptions, government measures, political events, pandemics, etc.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo. In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved amicably, the competent court is the Basic Court of Pristina.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is always the one on this page. For active contracts, the Terms in force on the date of order confirmation apply.
