2.1 Information you provide

Quote / contact form: name, company, email, phone, your message, and any files you upload (logo, design assets).
AI mockup generator: the logo image you upload to generate a product mockup.
Chat assistant: the messages you send in the chat and optionally your name / email if you choose to leave a lead.
LED Calculator: dimensions, usage scenario, and the contact details you fill in at the end.
Cart: products you add to the cart (stored only on your device until you submit a quote request).

2.2 Information collected automatically

Technical data: anonymised IP address, browser type, OS, pages visited and time spent. Used solely for diagnostics and performance.
Functional cookies: language preference, cart, and session. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

3. Why we use your data

To get back to you with a quote within 24 hours.
To produce and deliver the products you order (printing, embroidery, signage installation, etc.).
To generate the AI mockup with your logo when you request one.
To improve our service and product catalog.
To meet legal obligations (invoicing, 10-year tax record retention per Kosovo law).

4. Who we share data with

We never sell your data. We share it only with the infrastructure providers that help us run the site and produce orders, under contracts that limit their use to delivering that service to us.

5. Security

Our site uses HTTPS with TLS 1.3, passwords are hashed, and all APIs require authentication. No system is 100% secure though . if a breach is identified that may affect you, we will notify you within 72 hours.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page with the updated date at the top. For material changes we will notify you by email if you have an active quote request.
